Summer Camp 2023


Our Hockey Summer Skills Camp is a comprehensive training program designed to elevate players' skills and performance during the off-season. Led by experienced coaches, our camp focuses on all aspects of the game, including skating, stickhandling, shooting, passing, game strategies, and physical conditioning.

Throughout the camp, players engage in a combination of individual skill development and team-based training. They participate in intensive drills and exercises tailored to their skill levels, allowing them to sharpen their techniques and improve their overall game sense. In addition, we organize friendly competitions and scrimmages to provide players with valuable game experience and the opportunity to apply their newly acquired skills in realistic situations.

Our camp also features guest instructors, including former professional players and hockey experts, who provide additional insights, share their experiences, and offer specialized training sessions. We prioritize creating a fun and supportive environment, where players can bond with fellow participants, develop camaraderie, and forge lasting friendships. Finally, our camp aims to provide exposure and networking opportunities by inviting scouts, recruiters, and college coaches, opening doors for players seeking to further their hockey careers.

In addition to on-ice training, our Hockey Summer Skills Camp includes an intensive off-ice workout program to enhance players' physical fitness and conditioning. We believe that a well-rounded athlete is crucial to achieving success on the ice.

Our off-ice workout sessions are designed to improve players' strength, speed, agility, and endurance, targeting the specific muscle groups used in hockey. Under the guidance of our certified strength and conditioning coaches, participants engage in a variety of exercises and drills tailored to their age and skill level.

The off-ice workouts incorporate a combination of cardiovascular exercises, such as sprints, agility ladder drills, and plyometrics, to enhance players' speed and quickness. Additionally, we focus on strength training exercises, including weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, and core stabilization workouts, to improve players' overall strength and power.

We understand the importance of injury prevention in hockey, which is why we also incorporate flexibility, mobility, and injury prevention exercises into the off-ice program. Stretching routines, foam rolling, and mobility exercises help players maintain flexibility, prevent muscle imbalances, and reduce the risk of injuries.

Our off-ice workout sessions complement the on-ice training, providing a holistic approach to player development. By combining skill development with physical conditioning, we aim to maximize each player's potential and prepare them for the physical demands of the game.
