EP3 Winter 2026 - 2027

The EP3 Winter Player Development Program is a 25 week in-season elite player program designed for committed players looking to maximize their development throughout the hockey season. Full Ice is led by Coach Jesse Schultz, this elite training environment combines full-ice skill development, small-group instruction, and off-ice athletic training to provide players with a complete development experience.

Players will participate in weekly full-ice sessions (Wednesdays) focused on advanced skating, puck skills, hockey IQ, game situations, and competitive play. In addition, each player will receive dedicated small-group training (Tuesdays) in a highly personalized environment that allows coaches to focus on individual skill development and position-specific details.

Off-Ice Training Included

Off-ice training is a critical component of the EP3 development model because great hockey players are built both on and off the ice. While skating, puck skills, and hockey IQ are developed during on-ice sessions, athletic performance is developed through focused off-ice training that directly translates to game situations.

Our off-ice sessions are designed specifically for hockey players and focus on developing the athletic foundations required to perform at a higher level during practices and games.

Tuesday Off-Ice Training

Each player's small-group development session will include dedicated off-ice training before or after their on-ice session. This allows coaches to work closely with small groups on individual athletic development needs while reinforcing the skills being taught on the ice.

Thursday Team Off-Ice Training

All EP3 participants will attend a weekly off-ice development session together. These sessions are designed to build athletic habits, competitiveness, and physical tools that directly transfer to game performance.

Limited Enrollment

To maintain the highest coaching-to-player ratio possible, enrollment is strictly limited.

  • Maximum of 12 players total
  • Three small-group training blocks each week
  • Maximum of 4 players on the ice per group
