EP3 is our 16 week flagship off-season hockey development program it ensures players receive top-tier coaching, personalized training plans, and a comprehensive approach to skill development. Our program is designed to target specific areas for improvement, build strength and conditioning, and enhance hockey IQ, preparing players to excel at the next level.
