Bryan Hince
Owner / GM
Bryan is a native of Kapuskasing, Ontario Canada. He has had an extensive playing career including NCAA Hockey and Professional Hockey. Bryan’s professional hockey experiences include time playing with the Connecticut Whale, Cincinnati Cyclones, Idaho Steelheads, San Fransisco Bulls, Greenville Road Warriors and the Knoxville Ice Bears. In 2015, while playing for the Presidents Cup Champion Knoxville Ice Bears Bryan was named post season MVP among other accolades. Bryan has been coaching and Instructing youth hockey for over 20 years. Bryan is the Owner of Pro Vision Hockey Academy & President of the Knoxville Jr. Ice Bears organization dedicating his time to youth hockey development in Knoxville TN.
Jesse Schultz
Skills Coach
Jesse Schultz was born and raised in Strasbourg, Saskatchewan Canada. His love for the game of hockey, and hard work propelled him into a pro career spanning 19 seasons and over 1100 games. He has played in various leagues around the world including the NHL, AHL, DEL, and Allsvenskan. Jesse joins our team at Pro Vision hockey Academy as a skills coach & Player Mentor.
Bailey Dorf

Bailey is a native of Portland OR group up playing AAA hockey in Portland. Moved to Minnesota to play jr hockey. After jr hockey career played three years of pro hockey in Sweden, poland and Finland. is a dedicated and experienced hockey skills instructor who brings energy, knowledge, and passion to every session. Known for his ability to break down complex techniques and connect with players of all ages, he focuses on helping athletes improve both their fundamentals and overall game awareness.
Jimmy Soper

Jimmy Soper, born in Waterloo, Ontario, is the current Captain of the Knoxville Ice Bears. Jimmy also has years of experience in leagues such as the SPHL and ECHL, bringing his extensive background and passion for the game to every coaching session. Jimmy brings a wealth of experience and passion to the ice, making him an invaluable asset to our hockey academy. With years of professional playing and coaching experience, Jimmy has developed a deep understanding of the game and a talent for helping players unlock their full potential. Jimmy will be joining us summer of 2025!!!
